Each incident which BVM Clean Scene attends is unique in nature and requires the use of differing techniques or the application of specific chemicals or other agents. The location may be in public or private premises or even in a vehicle. What should be borne in mind at all times is that the scene must be considered highly toxic and contaminated and must not be entered or approached by personnel unskilled in the handling of such situations or inadequately protected from the biohazardous risks associated with the surrounding environment.
BVM Clean Scene is well-experienced and equipped to cope with these situations, applying a range of processes to quickly restore the scene to a safe and habitable standard. These processes may include some or all of:
* Elimination of biohazardous material
* Elimination of the effects of decomposition
* Blood and related stain removal
* Dispelling of offensive odours
* Disinfection and sanitisation of premises
* Safe disposal of sharps
* Safe disposal of biohazardous and contaminated waste matter
* Restoration of squalid/neglected premises
Through consultation with the Police Service and through its own in-depth industry research and collaboration, BVM Clean Scene has developed specialised techniques and services for the restoration of property following Scene of Crime (SOC) investigations. These include the effective removal of fingerprint powder, luminol and other investigative applications from all surfaces, both absorbent and non-absorbent. A unique multi-stage extraction process has been devised for the removal of such trace residues from particularly difficult materials such as carpet and furnishings.
BVM Clean Scene’s services are available within the Sydney Basin and throughout New South Wales. However, if you require services in other locations then please contact us directly and we will put you in touch with a local service provider for your area.
Understanding the unpredictability of the requirements for our services, we make them available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, our normal service hours are between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Services provided outside our normal service hours may be subject to higher service pricing. Once again, we will advise you if this applies at the time of your request for service.
Pricing for forensic cleaning and restoration services is very much dependent upon the individual location, circumstances and degree of work involved. Please contact us with the details of your requirements and we will provide you with an indication of the likely service costs involved.
